1. Controller

Deep Ocean GmbH is responsible for data processing on this website. Würzburger Clubnacht is a product of Deep Ocean GmbH. Contact for privacy requests:

2. Access data and hosting

When you open this website, your browser sends technically necessary data to our hosting provider: IP address, date and time of access, the address requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This data is required for the secure and stable operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other sources and is deleted automatically after a short period.

3. Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. For the login area we only use technically necessary storage to keep signed-in sessions active.

4. Login area

For the protected administration area we process email address and sign-in data. Passwords are stored in encrypted form only. The legal basis is the performance of the usage relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Shuttle location data

During the event our shuttle vehicles transmit their position so guests can use the live map. Only vehicle positions and speeds are recorded – no guest locations and no personal data of passengers. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a usable shuttle service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Tickets via ticket.io

Tickets are not sold on this website but through the ticket.io platform. As soon as you follow the ticket link, that provider's privacy policy applies. We do not receive any payment data from them.

7. Push notifications in the app

If you allow notifications in our app, a device identifier is stored with our messaging provider so we can send you messages. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in your device settings.

8. Recipients and processors

We share data only where necessary to operate the website and the app – for example with hosting and database providers. These are bound by data processing agreements. Any transfer to third countries takes place only on the basis of appropriate safeguards.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; for Bavaria this is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).

10. Changes

We update this privacy policy when the website, the app or legal requirements change. The version published here always applies.
